New Seat Leon e-Hybrid - Two worlds in one car

The Leon IV model from the Spanish vehicle manufacturer SEAT S.A., Sociedad Española de Automóviles de Turismo, was presented at the beginning of the year, in the pre-Corona period. SEAT has been part of VW AG since the 1980s.

The Otto-Hybrid version will be available as an alternative to the Leon IV with Otto engine this autumn. The SEAT customer can now benefit from the mobility premium of a good 7,000 euros plus the 3% savings on VAT until - for the time being - the end of the year.

Electricity + petrol = more power

The manufacturer brings its new model Leon IV e-Hybrid to this simple denominator. But this is more than just a normal hybrid vehicle. Like many other hybrids, the Azto automatically charges its battery. As a plug-in, the Leon IV e-Hybrid can also be charged from the normal power grid. Normally driving is purely electric. If more power is needed, the petrol engine is activated. The Leon IV is a compact class station wagon in the four model lines FR, Reference, Style and Xcellence.

Sportiness thanks to SPACCER®

One of the strong competitors of the Leon IV comes in-house with the VW Golf. Lifting the vehicle with the SPACCER® ensures more sportiness in the SEAT. This high-strength spiral ring made of special aluminum ensures that the Leon IV can be raised from 12 to 24 or 36 to 48 mm higher. Three more millimeters are added by pulling a rubber profile into the lower groove of the SPACCER®.
