The Swedish car manufacturer Volvo Car Corporation is part of the Volvo Car Group. Volvo Asia has two offices in China - in Shanghai and Chengdu. So far, the Chinese Geely Holding has been responsible for this. Within China, Changan Ford Automobile Co. Ltd. operated vehicle construction site and also built cars directly in a plant in Chengdu.
