ARO

ARO is the abbreviation of "Auto Romania" and stands for an automobile manufacturer from Romania. In the former state-owned company exclusively off-road vehicles were first produced, and later vans and pickups. Despite outdated technology, a factory was built where the SUVs were built under the designation ARO SA in Brazil. Under the name Portaro ARO models were also produced in Portugal from 1974 to 1998. Several attempts to privatize the company failed. In 2006 the company went into bankruptcy. SPACCER can be used in all ARO vehicles and gives them a sporty off-road look.
