Hindustan Motors is one of the oldest car manufacturers in India. The company was founded in 1942 in Port Okha in Gujarat. The car models were taken over by the British manufacturer Morris and provided with modifications. The vehicles may waive all electronics and are considered indestructible. The truck models have been adopted by Bedford. In 1998 a factory in the state of Tamil Nadu was built together with Mitsubishi. Hindustan vehicles are exported to Egypt, Bangladesh and New Zealand. Known models are the Hindustan Ambassador, Hindustan Contessa and the Hindustan Porter. SPACCER is suitable for installation in all Hindustan models and ensures optimum towing.
