Willys-Overland Motors is a former US automobile manufacturer. The company's origins date back to 1908 when John North Willys bought the Overland Automobile Company. A short time later, from 1912 to 1918, the company was the second largest car manufacturer in the United States. After various more or less successful models and some major financial problems, Willys was bought by Kaiser Motors in 1953.
