The ZX Auto brand belongs to the Chinese group Hebei Zhongxing Automobile Company. This is a joint venture established in 1991 between Taiwan Unite Leading Company of Taiwan and Tianye Automobile Group Co. Ltd. from China. The company has been selling vehicles under the ZX Auto brand name since 1997. Over the years, new revised models have been brought onto the market again and again.
